The 1935 Carnival belongs to the “Old Carnival” period of the festival's history. Until 1936: the rondalla contests in Plaza del Príncipe and the bullring.

The 1935 Carnival Queen was Onagra Díaz Lorenzo with the costume “Vampiresa 1933”, designed by Onagra Díaz Lorenzo, representing Círculo de Amistad XII de Enero.

In Rondallas and lyrical groups, Orfeón La Paz won first prize in Performance (its 2nd title; its first win since 1928), ahead of Círculo de Amistad XII de Enero and Masa Coral Tinerfeña.
